General: The Yearbook Coordinator is responsible for gathering photos from key events, milestones, and occasions for the appropriate graduating year. They will excel at their design skills as they will establish a relationship with the graduating body, asking what they would like to see in the yearbook. They MUST ensure that the yearbook is published, and available to all graduating individuals of that year. A pre-existing template is available for them to follow.

Specific: Working with the student bodies and EngSoc, the Yearbook Coordinator is responsible for taking pictures at the remaining specialized events (and using photos from previous events throughout the year, given permission from the photographer) and compiling the most appropriate ones. A template for the yearbook will be provided. An expected time commitment of around 3 hours per week is expected. The direct supervisor is Andrew Wierzbowski the 2023-2024 Sci '24 President (contact info. will be provided upon hiring).

Ideal skills: Ideal candidates would be able to...

1. Proactively address problem areas with respect to quality and type of picture(s) for the yearbook

2. Respond to routine information such as efficient email or in-person communication with the student body and direct supervisor

3. Work under pressure given a small time commitment

4. Demonstrate their creative side and excel in their artistic design qualities
